Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your Awaysemble account and associated personal information.

Request deletion

  1. Email us from the address associated with your Awaysemble account.
  2. Use the subject “Delete my Awaysemble account.” Do not send your password, booking documents, or payment information.
  3. We will verify the request and confirm when deletion is complete or if additional information is required.

What deletion covers

Deletion removes your account and personal trip content associated solely with it, subject to legal, security, and backup-retention requirements.

Content shared with other travelers may affect their trip records. Some collaborative records may be retained in limited form where necessary to preserve another traveler’s information or meet legal obligations.

This action cannot be undone. Export or save anything you need before requesting deletion.
